Why Vietnam? Why Da Nang? The optimal solution for business and child-rearing

Q1: First of all, could you tell us how you came to move to Da Nang?

Answer : I've always loved Southeast Asia and wanted to open my own restaurant someday. My favorite country is Thailand, but I felt that the food and beverage industry there was already fierce competition. Vietnam, on the other hand, still had plenty of business opportunities, and I was attracted to its future growth potential, which was what initially drew me to it.

At first, I considered Ho Chi Minh City, but when I thought about the environment for raising children, I was concerned about the issue of exhaust fumes. In contrast, Da Nang is a city, but it is also rich in nature and has clean air. I felt it would be a good environment for children, so I decided to move there.

Question 2: Now that you've actually lived there, how do you feel about living in Da Nang?

Answer : Overall, I really like Da Nang. It has a laid-back atmosphere and the people are kind. Of course, for better or worse, there are some "careless" or easygoing aspects (laughs). Sometimes people say one thing and do another, and sometimes you'll be surprised by the people, but that's the same everywhere. Overall, it's a very livable city.

Question 3 : What was the most important thing to you when searching for a property?

Answer : "Location." We were looking for a property that could be used not only as a place to live but also as a store, so it had to be a location that could be used for business. We wanted a lively area with lots of local people coming and going.

Japanese food requires the use of Japanese seasonings, which inevitably increases the cost. In that respect, Taiwanese food can produce an authentic flavor using ingredients and seasonings available in Vietnam, so I thought I could offer delicious food while keeping the price down.

Question 4: What made you decide to use our services and what was your first impression?

Answer : The deciding factor was the "sense of security that comes from being Japanese"

My first impression was simply, "It's amazing!"We never would have found this property on our own.So I'm really grateful.

At first, I thought it would be fine to use another real estate agent who could communicate in English. However, to be able to accurately communicate the finer nuances of money, such as rent and contract details, it was extremely reassuring to be able to speak Japanese. Just having Japanese staff on hand was really reassuring.

Question 5: What was particularly good about our support?

Answer : Quick response. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and dealt with my issue right away, which was really helpful.

What surprised me was that they even helped me with things that weren't directly related to property hunting, and gave me friendly advice. It went far beyond the scope of the intermediary service I had expected. I really relied on them.
