Sungroup starts construction of the second tallest building in Vietnam: 69 floors, over 400m high

On August 19, in Hoa Cuong ward (old Asia Park area), Da Nang City will officially start construction of the Da Nang Downtown Cultural, Entertainment and High-class Trade and Service Park Project, with a total investment of up to 79,790 billion VND, on a land fund of over 76 hectares.

The project owns a prime location on the banks of the Han River, located between two iconic bridges Tran Thi Ly and Tien Son. The master plan includes: cultural park, 4,000-seat theater, exhibition center, museum, along with commercial - service items, hotels, luxury apartments, offices, conference center, sports - entertainment and resort areas.

The most impressive highlight of the project is the 69-storey tower, about 408m high, expected to become the second tallest building in Vietnam, after Landmark 81 (461m, Ho Chi Minh City) and surpassing icons such as Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower (350m) or Lotte Center Hanoi (272m).

According to the investor, the project will integrate a comprehensive utility ecosystem, including a 5-star hotel, class A offices, luxury apartments, a shopping mall, restaurants, bars, an observation deck and a conference - event area. With this planning, the tower is not only a new architectural symbol of Da Nang but is also expected to become an "all-in-one" destination, where the needs of accommodation - work - entertainment - experience converge, bringing a high-class and unique lifestyle.
