DA NANG VILLA REALTY

On July 1, the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel) officially started construction of the Viettel building in Da Nang. The project is designed in a "V" shape, consisting of two main blocks, integrating functions such as research, core technology development, product testing and data center operations. Viettel Da Nang Building Project is located at Lot A1.1, Bac Tuong Dai Park, Hoa Cuong Bac Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. This land has an area of ​​10,765m² and is in a prime location, the North borders the road leading to Tran Thi Ly Bridge, the West borders the 2/9 overpass, the East and South borders the planned routes.

The project contributes to concretizing the Resolution of the 22nd Congress of the City Party Committee on building a synchronous and modern infrastructure system, especially technology - telecommunications infrastructure and digital transformation.

According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet stated, "Da Nang identifies science and technology, innovation and digital transformation as three key breakthroughs, associated with the development of high-quality human resources, to improve productivity and efficiency of economic sectors. With a target GRDP growth rate of 11%/year, the city expects the building to become a leading digital technology demonstration center, attracting high-quality investment, spreading the spirit of innovation to the business community, contributing to enhancing the position of Da Nang on the regional economic map."
