What should I do if I want to renew the lease or move out?

For residential properties, we will contact you before the contract period expires.

Whether you are renewing your lease or moving out, please be assured that we will handle the paperwork free of charge.

If you would like to move to a different property, we will also introduce properties that are close to what you are looking for.

Is there a difference between a company contract and an individual contract?

The contents of the contract will differ depending on whether the contract holder is a company or individual contract.

If your company, or employer, pays your rent directly to the landlord, they will most likely require a rental tax invoice from your landlord. In that case, ask your landlord if the tax is included in the rent (it usually isn't) and if he/she can provide the tax invoice to your company. An additional fee of 10% on the rental price will be applicable.

How much will it cost to enter into a contract?

It depends on the owner but in Da Nang City,

For residence properties, many properties require a deposit of one month's rent and three months' rent in advance.

For offices, many properties require a deposit of two months' rent and six months' rent in advance.

The deposit is often returned at the end of the contract unless there is major damage.

What is the fee for renting a house in Da Nang through DVR?

At DVR, for contracts of one year or more, the brokerage fee is generally one month's rent. We can also introduce properties to you if you are looking for a shorter-term contract. The fee in this case depends on the case, but is generally half a month's rent. There are no fees for renewal procedures for both long-term and short-term contracts.
