The highlight of the overall project planning is the 70-storey mixed-use tower on an area of 1.6 hectares, designed as a new symbol of the city. There will be a high-end serviced apartment complex, a 4-5 star hotel, a commercial center and an art exhibition space.

Of which, the 5-storey base block is a commercial - exhibition center, the basement connects the functional areas. In addition, this project also has a 10-storey theater on an area of 0.9 hectares, a game area combined with retail and food services of 2.36 hectares, a 41.3 ha green park and a 21.6 ha water surface.

Currently, Vietnam has 4 towers over 60 floors, concentrated in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Of these, 2 buildings in Ho Chi Minh City are Landmark 81 floors and Bitexco Financial Tower 68 floors. In Hanoi, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is 72 floors and Lotte Center Hanoi is 65 floors. With a 70-floor tower, the Da Nang Downtown project, when completed (expected in 2035), will be the tallest building in the Central region.
