- At the structural zone, the L6M transfer slab has completed key stages including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring - marking an important milestone as the project transitions to typical floors. At the same time, façade mock-up (VMU) works are being implemented, gradually shaping the project's distinctive architectural language from an early stage.

- In May 2026, the project will maintain its accelerated pace with plans to cast slabs for levels L7, L8, and L9, while also commencing staircase construction from Level 4 to Level 6. Infrastructure works such as the B1 basement ramp, painting, and waterproofing will be completed to ensure operational consistency and stability.

- In parallel, internal wall construction will be carried out across multiple levels from basement to above-ground floors, while elevator cores enter the surface finishing stage with skim coat and primer application. The façade system continues to be tested through VMU and PMU mock-ups, ensuring precision before full-scale implementation.
