On May 9th, we had the pleasure of accompanying a group of guests from Tokyo, Japan on a Property Tour to explore some of Da Nang's most outstanding real estate projects. This journey was not only an opportunity to introduce the investment potential of the local market, but also a chance for our guests to experience the dynamic development of Vietnam's most livable coastal city.

The first destination was Nobu Da Nang - a new symbol of luxury beachfront living. With its prime location and internationally inspired design, Nobu's unique contemporary Japandi design merging the local signature elements, crafted the scene with serenity and sophistication. Especially, you can indulge in the heated sky pool at one of beautiful eight sky villas & penthouses. The journey continued with a visit to the Landmark project, a modern mixed-use development strategically located in the city center. Its well-planned infrastructure, diverse amenities, and sustainable development orientation provided the guests with a comprehensive perspective on Da Nang's urban growth potential.

The final stop was Wyndham Soleil Da Nang, well known for its high-end resort apartments and stunning beachfront location. Here, the guests showed particular interest in the international management model, rental income opportunities, and the growing appeal of Da Nang as an international tourism destination.
