In November 2025, the Nobu Danang construction site continued to make notable progress across key structural components. All concrete works for columns, walls, and floor beams at basement levels B1 and B2 have been completed, marking a significant milestone in the underground construction phase.

At the podium block, the following components are also being accelerated:

Level 1 has completed 80% of the elevator core walls

Level 2 has reached 60% completion of columns, walls, and floor beams

Level 3 has completed 35% of the floor slab concrete work

In the upcoming phase, Nobu Danang will continue to advance structural construction with the following key activities:

+ Installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete works for columns, walls, beams, and slabs at Levels 3, 4, and 5.

+ Installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete works for slabs and ramp walls at Basement levels B1 and B2.

+ Installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete works for the staircases at Basement levels B1 and B2.

+ Execution of wall masonry works in the Basement levels B1 and B2
