PROJECT PROGRESS UPDATE FOR MASTERI RIVIERA DANANG - SEPTEMBER 2025: STANDING TALL AND STRONG IN THE HEART OF THE MOST LIVABLE CITY

At the Masteri Rivera Danang project site, every construction item is being meticulously and carefully executed by the team of workers, engineers, and specialists. This commitment ensures the delivery of a comfortable, modern, and internationally-standard living space for the future residential community.

As of September 2025, Masteri Rivera Danang has recorded rapid progress, successfully meeting the set milestones:

-Tower A has completed the concrete pouring for the slab up to the 28th floor and is continuing with the beam and slab construction for the 29th floor. 100% of the exterior perimeter wall construction up to the 27th floor has been completed, and apartment partition wall construction is finished up to the 18th floor. Work continues on the apartment partition walls from the 19th to the 23rd floor

Tower B has completed concrete pouring for all slabs up to the 24th floor and is continuing with beam and slab construction for the 25th floor. The exterior perimeter walls up to the 23rd floor and the apartment partition walls up to the 15th floor are 100% complete. The construction team continues to finalize the apartment walls on floors 16 to 17

In the coming period, the next construction phases will be implemented simultaneously to ensure the committed progress is met
