■Tour Contents

・Meeting at DVR office: Explanation on how to purchase property in Da Nang.

・Property inspection: Viewing 2-4 properties

・Lunch or Dinner: Guided tour to a Vietnamese restaurant recommended by our staff.

After the property inspection, back to DVR office to fulfill the payment of inspection tour and have a consultation with DVR agent.

■Precautions for tour participation

・In case you find a proper property to rent or purchase, it is advised that you should pay a holding deposit as soon as possible to secure the property.

・Rates vary depending on the number of people.

・If you wish to be picked up from a hotel outside the center of Da Nang, an additional fee may be charged.
