・ Real estate sales experience / Actual performance of selling 2-3 properties

・ Proficiency in English skills equivalent to a TOEIC score of 790 or higher (conversational ability), or proficiency in Japanese equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher.

<Recruitment Details>

Position: Full-time Employment | Probationary Period: 2 months
During the two-month probationary period, health insurance coverage will not be provided. (Health insurance coverage will commence upon signing the full-time employee contract after the probationary period, with deductions made accordingly.)
Failure to meet the expected work tasks during the probationary period will result in the non-signing of a full-time contract.
Performance expectations: Achieve a minimum of 30% KPI in the first month and at least 60% in the subsequent two months. Failure to meet these expectations may result in contract termination.

<Salary, Bonus, Benefits>

[Gross Salary]
Agent: 10,000,000VND~/per month ※It varies depending on actual performance.

*80% will be paid during the probationary period.

[Salary increase] Once a year, however, if the company's business situation improves, it will change to every six months.
[Bonus] Once a year depending on performance and revenue achievement.
[Work Schedule] Two days off per week, with Sundays and public holidays off. However, compensatory leave will be granted if required to work on Sundays or public holidays for sales activities. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
[Days off] 8 days off per month, in addition to other statutory holidays according to Vietnamese law.
[Others] Each year, if achieving revenue targets, employees may receive rewards such as domestic trips or overseas surveys, depending on actual performance.
