The project's flexible payment schedule is expected to be divided into 6 installments. Customers will deposit 100 million VND to sign a deposit agreement. In the first installment, customers pay 10% of the apartment value (including the 100 million VND deposit) when signing the sales contract. In the second installment, customers continue to pay 10%, in the third installment, 20%, and in the fourth installment, 30% of the apartment value. In the fifth installment, customers pay 25% upon receiving the apartment handover notice. Finally, the remaining 5% will be paid upon receiving the Apartment Ownership Certificate.
