・TOIEC790点以上相当の英語力(会話能力)または日本語能力試験N2以上相当の日本語力

・正社員採用 試用期間2ヵ月 採用予定日 
  ※試用期間2カ月間は、健康保険等の加入はありません。(試用期間終了後の正社員契約時からは健康保険等を差し引いた金額が振り込まれます)
  ※試用期間中に提示の業務タスクが実施できない場合は正社員契約をしない。
  ※最初の 1 か月は少なくとも 30% 以上を達成し、次の 2 か月は少なくとも 60% の KPI を達成する必要があります。達成できない場合は契約が解除されます


<給与・賞与・福利厚生>

Agent: 10,000,000VND~/月 (per month) ※It varies depending on actual performance.

【昇給】年1回、但し会社業績が良くなった場合は半年後に昇給見直し

【賞与】年1回 売上勤務成績による

【勤務形態】週休2日、日曜日祝日休み。但し、営業活動で日曜祝日出勤の場合は、代休を取得。変形労働シフト制(午前8時から午後5時)

【休日】月 8日間 ・他ベトナムの法律による

【その他】・半年ごとに売上目標達成で賞与、実績により報奨国内旅行、海外視察

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and online marketing.
  • Property Listing: List properties for sale or rent by gathering all relevant information, taking photographs, and creating compelling property listings.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, including budget, location, and property specifications.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers or tenants, showcasing the property's features and benefits.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide clients with accurate and valuable information.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible deal for both parties.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process, including inspections, appraisals, and paperwork, to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop marketing strategies to promote listings, including online and offline advertising, social media, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business, and solicit referrals.


Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License: Must possess a valid real estate license in the respective state or region.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends, property types, and neighborhoods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent clients and facilitate transactions.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills to promote listings and close deals successfully. Great honesty and integrity skills
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Customer Service: A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical and professional standards set by the real estate industry.
  • Networking: The ability to build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry and the local community.
  • Driving License: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property showings.
  • MS Office: familiarity

・Reports & Meetings
Creating and submitting daily reports, as well as various reporting, communication, and consultation tasks. Participation in daily meetings.
・Compliance with laws and regulations.
Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements regarding real estate transactions, ensuring appropriate documentation and procedures.
