Thanh Khe is a Da Nang district on the South central coast of Vietnam, and has the smallest area and largest population in the city, making it the city's most densely populated area. This is an area where restaurants and shops are gathered.
It is also a key transportation hub for Da Nang, as it is home to Da Nang Station, which is a railway relay point between Saigon and Hanoi. Located in the center of Thanh Khe district of Da Nang Airport, there are many flights from the airport to major domestic and overseas cities, and there are currently direct flights from Da Nang to Tokyo and Narita Airport. Speaking of Thanh Khe District, the “Mother Nu" statue in the middle of Hue intersection is famous.
Thanh Khe District is an area with a high demand for commercial space rentals as it has a concentration of retail stores and shopping centers.
