A new residential area that is becoming popular among locals

This area is attracting attention from both local Vietnamese and foreigners. It is a quiet area with plenty of greenery, about 10 minutes by car from the airport and about 20 minutes by car from the center of Da Nang . Although it is a little far from the center of Da Nang and the tourist beach area, there are many detached villas with pools that can be rented from $1,000, making it an area recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time with their families. We recommend spacious rental houses such as a 4-bed room with a pool, and spacious rental apartments such as a 3- bedroom.
